The John Henry Bed & Breakfast accepts all major credit cards, cash or check. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. A full refund will be offered to guests that cancel seven days prior to a regular reservation, 14 days prior to a holiday reservation or weekend reservation in-season, less a $25.00 service fee. Guests that cancel outside of the above-referenced timeframes, forfeit their deposit. There will be no refund of deposits for reservations of five days or more. There will be no refund if a guest terminates their reserved stay earlier.

A two (2) night minimum stay is required from Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in April & May.

Room discounts are applied at 20% per night for guests that book with us longer than four nights (applied on the fifth night). There is a $20.00 return check fee.

Prior guests of the Arcadia Bed & Breakfast, family and friends are offered a 20% discount when making their reservation.

Should you reserve the entire facility for a wedding, event, etc., all deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Check In is at 3:00 p.m. through 7:00 p.m. Guests that plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please make prior arrangements in advance. Check Out is at 11 a.m.

Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.; you may specify your time preference during your check-in. Our breakfast fare strictly consists of farm fresh eggs, locally sourced bacon and sausage, organic, non-GMO fresh fruit, produce and products; homemade granola, muffins, scones and bread. We request notification upon confirming your reservation of any dietary restrictions a guest may have so we may accommodate accordingly. You may also email us at info@johnhenrybnb.com.

Food is not permitted in the guest rooms.

All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning units are provided during the summer months. WiFi is available throughout the house.

We have a no smoking, no pets policy. If you do smoke, we ask that you notify the innkeeper and there will be a designated area with an ash tray provided for your use during your stay which is remote from other guests. Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result in a $250.00 fine per incident.

We offer picnic lunches, intimate dinners and high tea at an additional cost.
